Founded on June 17, 2020, Lean On Foundation is dedicated to providing holistic and sustainable development solutions to underserved communities. We believe that the light to create change exists within each of us, even in the darkest times. At Lean On Foundation, we firmly believe that small actions can lead to significant impact, and we are passionate about playing an active role as agents of change.
Our work centers around community-based projects and developmental programs aimed at enhancing the capacity of children, youth, and community members to improve their welfare and future opportunities.

Adah Bitiah Chembo is an empathy-driven and impact-focused leader with extensive experience in sustainable, community-led development at local, regional, and global levels. Adah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Demography with a minor in Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing an Executive Diploma in Global Leadership from the UN-mandated University for Peace. Her academic background complements her professional expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation, enabling her to deliver transformative solutions tailored to community needs.
